The service at Thompson Madrid was really good. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The room was beautifully decorated with premium materials, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning service was thorough and kept the room super clean. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious options, especially the fresh pastries. I highly recommend Thompson Madrid for its beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a beautiful lounge and comfortable accommodations. The location in the city center was ideal, allowing me to easily walk to all the places of interest I wanted to see. the staff was the highlight of my stay. Every single member of the team was pleasant, helpful, and were really nice too ensure I had a fantastic experience.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that surpassed our expectations. the exclusive room advantages, such as the premium materials and comfortable bed, made for a truly indulgent stay. the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. the rooftop pool and sun terrace area offered the perfect location to relax in the sun and take in the stunning views of the surrounding area.
The only minor issue we experienced was some noise pollution from the area surrounding the hotel. this did not detract from our overall experience.
